Our 1-year warranty covers defects in materials, craftsmanship issues that may affect durability and damage that occurs during shipping. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 30 days.

 However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repairs or alterations, normal wear and tear, tarnishing (this is a natural process), loss or theft, or damage caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or harsh environments.

Because jewelry is worn daily and subject to individual use, certain repairs may fall outside the scope of warranty coverage. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly evaluate any concerns to determine the most appropriate solution.
