Terri is a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) with over 30 years of experience in jewelry repair and design. As a small business owner, she ran her brick-and-mortar store in Willow Glen (San Jose, CA) with a community-first approach.

Step One: Find Your Inspired Design
Using photos or your cherished family heirlooms, our team will work with you to find your perfect design. We can consult with you through email and text, but we can also speak with you over the phone for a more personal touch.
Step Two: Revisions
Once we have your design, you will receive a CAD image (and/or additional photos) of your piece. At this stage, you will also have the chance to request any modifications. We want you to be completely satisfied with your finished jewelry!
Step Three: Your Piece Comes to Life
After your CAD image receives final approval, we proceed to casting and finishing. Your jewelry will be cast in your chosen metal, typically gold, silver, or platinum and our skilled bench jewelers will set your stones and polish your piece to perfection.

After graduating from Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, Amberle joined Terri's staff at Willow Glen Diamond Company, and currently has 12 years of experience in Jewelry design and repair.
