If you are returning a purchase, please ensure that you pack your item(s) in either the
original product box or a sturdy alternative. Include a note inside the package
with your name and order number.

Items shipped beyond the 30-day return period or packages
that are improperly packaged will not be accepted. For security reasons, avoid
mentioning “Willow Glen Diamond Company” on the outside of the box. It is best
to avoid any wording that could indicate there is jewelry inside of your
package.

We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for its
full purchase value. If items are stolen or lost in transit, we cannot be held
responsible and we will be unable to process your return

Once your return request is processed, the refund will be
credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or
bank, it may take between 8 to 12 business days for the amount to appear in
your account.

All certificates need to be returned along with
the product. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $250 from your
refund.
